Our schools program has been designed to support school students gain a better understanding of the skills required to be successful in the football industry and assist with decision making about their career post school.

SCHOOL PROGRAM

  • Our school program offers a unique insight from industry professionals for students about a career in Australian football.

  • Content covers key areas such as list management, talent ID & recruiting, football management and player management.

  • Inspire students in their career exploration, support their professional growth and broaden the students’ awareness of potential career paths in sport.

  • Our content contains 5 fully self-paced online modules, allowing students to progress at their own speed. Teachers can also incorporate the content into their curriculum, providing flexible support to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Completing the course content will give the student a micro-credential when leaving school, as well as a broad set of skills and knowledge about the business of Australian football.

SELF-PACED STUDENT CONTENT

Students can work through our content in their own time without the time pressure or it can be delivered in a structured environment. They can login at any time and access all our course content.

ACCESS TO INSTRUCTORS

Whilst utilising the content, teachers will have access to our instructors to ask any questions that you may have about course content and delivery.

IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS

To compliment the content, we’ll visit once per year to provide in depth in-person workshops on careers in football.

COPY OF ALL CONTENT

All our content can be accessed at the click of a button 24/7 and Upon completion, students receive a copy of all the content so they can refer back to any of the topics covered.

MICRO-CREDENTIAL CERTIFICATION

Each student receive a certificate on completion of the course which you can include on their resume.

Brad Lloyd

Experienced AFL administrator & course instructor

Brad is an experienced sports administrator in the AFL industry, spanning over 20 years of experience as an AFL Player Agent, Recruiting Manager, List Manager and currently General Manager of Football with the Carlton Football Club. Brad in his role as General Manager of Football represents the football department on the club executive team including both the Mens and Womens football programs. Brad’s role and expertise provides strategic direction and leadership for both programs. His role oversees key functions of the football department including List Management, High Performance, Medical, Coaching, Operations and Wellbeing. Brad has completed both a Bachelors Degree and an MBA at Victoria University. He has also completed executive business programs in Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Business School.
